Joshua Eisen currently serves as co-CEO and Manager, and was one
of the original founders of the company. Josh has a strong background
in linguistics. He earned a B.A. in Greek and Latin from Queens College
in 1992 and has passed examinations in ten different languages. Josh
also received an M.A. degree in Minoan Art and Semitic Philology from
N.Y.U. in 1995 and an M.B.A. from Columbia University in 2001. He is
currently a Doctoral Fellow in the
Department of Religion at Columbia
University. He lives on the Upper West Side with his wife, Shani, and
his son Yosef.

Rabbi Noam Fix is co-CEO and Managing Director of the Esrog Outlet.
He lives in Ramat Beit Shemesh, Israel, with his wife and three kids, where he is able
keep a constant eye on the Esrogim, watching them through their different stages of
development. He also flies in to N.Y. prior to the Succot holiday to oversee the
business in America. Noam learns in Kollel (an advanced academy for Biblical and
Talmudic law) during the year, and is
involved in a number of different com-
munity affairs and programs in Ramat Beit Shemesh.

Rafi Halpert, Associate Director of National Sales, will be graduating
from Yeshiva University with a B.A. in Marketing. He has been a part of
The Esrog Outlet team for seven years now, working in the retail outlet,
and recently was promoted to his current position. Rafi's pleasant
demeanor in the office and keen business sense are a vital component to
the comany's success.

Uri Burger, Associate Director of National Sales, has been part of the
team for six years. Starting in high school, he began to learn the laws
and customs of the four species and has become an integral member of the
retail outlet in Queens, NY. His meticulous adherence to the customers'
interests and personable nature make him an indespensable part of The
Esrog Outlet Team. Uri will be graduating from Yeshiva University in
January, 2005 with a B.A in Finance.
